CONVENIENCE/EASE OF ACCESS:
Instead of a rigid class schedule with hard start/stop times, we offer over 40 hours of options 7 days per week with our trademark Rolling Start, where participants are instructed and rolled in as they arrive *Full Schedule Below
FOCUS ON STRENGTH:
Whereas other Group Training Workouts are primarily Cardio-focused, Properly Structured and Varied Strength Training is at the heart of our Program. And because we intertwine our Strength Work with many other important facets of Fitness (Functionality, Mobility, Flexibility, Cardiovascular) don't worry - you'll still sweat, but in a much more meaningful and beneficial way.
SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT:
Lesser programs often offer just cardio, floor space, light dumbbells and basic accessories. Modern equipment is safe, effective, fun, and adds variety and optionality to your training!
SCALABILITY:
Seamless adjustments in real time to accommodate a range of levels and goals, plus training can be modified for physical issues or limitations (everything has something and at West Side in our Coach's 60+ years aggregate experience, we've seen it all!)

Mon-Thu 5:40-10:30am / 4-7pm
Friday 6-10:30am / 4-6:30pm
Saturday 8-11am
Sunday 9:30-11:30am
*Rolling Start - Come ANYTIME! (Workout takes about an hour, Arrive one hour before end so you aren't rushed)
