This means we are client-focused, making for a focused, distraction-free gym where members enjoy a comfortable, controlled environment. We also offer personal trainers to help create a personalized workout routine for you.

  • Am I better-suited for group or personal training?

    Here are a few things to consider when choosing between personal and group training:


    You might choose Personal Training if:

    •  You're a beginner. Beginners might benefit from individualized instruction from personal trainers to establish proper form and technique, learning the foundations while acclimating to our space and equipment with a coach’s undivided attention
    •  You're interested in hard-training or are an advanced trainee who needs an extra push, motivation, or spotting for training to failure, forced reps, drop sets, assisted reps, etc.
    •  You're an individual with very specific goals or needs, or you want your own dedicated coach during training

    At West Side, no contract or commitment is required. We offer exceptional service, personal trainers, and a state-of-the-art facility that delivers real results. This keeps our members engaged, as opposed to requiring contracts or long-term commitments upfront.
