Instead of a rigid class schedule with hard start/stop times, we offer over 40 hours of options 7 days per week with our trademark rolling start, where trainees are instructed and rolled in as they arrive.


SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT:

Lesser programs often offer just cardio, floor space, light dumbbells and basic accessories. Modern equipment is safe, effective, fun, and adds variety and optionality to your training!


SCALABILITY:

Seamless adjustments in real time to accommodate a range of levels and goals, plus training can be modified for physical issues or limitations (everything has something and at West Side we've seen it all!)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 5:45-10:30am/4-7pm

Wednesday: 6-10am, 4:15-7pm

Friday: 6-10:30am, 4-6pm

Saturday: 7-10am

Sunday: 9:30-11:30am
