What's Unique About Our Approach?

Fun programming with a flexible schedule that gets them off screens, out of the house, and learning something productive they'll use for the rest of their lives!


We offer a rolling start so kids can come anytime within our given time windows. whether solo or with a buddy or in a small group. Private sessions are an option as well if you'd like your child to have dedicated, individualized instruction.


Workouts are about an hour but can be a little longer or shorter depending on wants/needs and when they can be picked up - we're flexible!


Training is great for kids in terms of getting a safe intro to the proper fundamentals of a well-balanced regimen and not mimicking ninny social media "influencers" or having a bench press competition with their friends eight days a week or just mindless cardio mixed with endless abs. It also has a great cross-over effect with sports and builds confident, strong, and capable young bodies.
